Characteristics

1.Has a density of 0.95-0.97,lighter than PVC,and does not require heavy machinery for installation and transportation.

2.Good cold resistance,seismic resistance,impact resistance,and toughness.

3.Good acid and alkali resistance,no scaling,and good chemical resistance,and can be used for chemical and seawater transfer.

4.Good elongation and bending flexibility,and small size pipes can be curled to    reduce fittings and leakage.

5.Meets food grade requirements and can be used for milk and edible oil transfer.

Applications

1. Chemical and Petrochemical Industries

  • Application Scenarios: Transportation of corrosive liquids (e.g., acids, alkalis, salt solutions), chemical raw materials, or gases.

  • Advantages:
    HDPE material offers strong corrosion resistance against strong acids, alkalis, and other media; flange connections ensure leak-proof performance under high-pressure or high-temperature conditions.


2. Sewage Treatment and Environmental Engineering

  • Application Scenarios: Sewage pipelines, sludge transport, septic tank connections, and environmental treatment systems.

  • Advantages:
    Resistant to abrasion and biodegradation, suitable for sewage containing solid particles; flange connections facilitate quick installation and maintenance, adapting to complex underground networks.

3. Oil Fields and Mining Pipelines

  • Application Scenarios: Tailings slurry transport in mines, oilfield injection pipelines, and shale gas fracturing flowback fluid pipelines.

  • Advantages:
    High impact resistance, capable of withstanding abrasive media like sand and gravel; flexibility accommodates ground subsidence or geological activity.

4. Marine and Offshore Engineering

  • Application Scenarios: Seawater desalination pipelines, offshore platform water supply, and subsea pipelines (requires reinforced HDPE for special cases).

  • Advantages:
